Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026 · Last updated: July 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how CVMATH Holdings LLC, the California company doing business as The Beastie Factory (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with the mobile applications and games we publish (the “Apps”) and this website. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run and improve our Apps.

Information we collect

Our Apps may collect the following, depending on the App and your settings:

  • Device and usage data — device model, operating system version, language, general region, app version, session length, and gameplay events (for example, level completed). Used to fix bugs and improve the Apps.
  • Identifiers — our Apps do not use advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID) and do not track users across apps or websites. An App may generate a random, app-specific identifier used only for internal functions such as saving progress and crash reporting.
  • Crash data — crash logs and diagnostics so we can find and fix problems.
  • Purchase information — if you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
  • Support messages — if you email us, we receive your email address and message contents so we can respond.

We do not ask for your name, contacts, photos, or precise location, and our Apps function without an account.

Third-party services

Our Apps use a small number of third-party services that may process the data above on our behalf. Depending on the App, these may include:

  • Google Firebase Analytics — usage analytics
  • Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash diagnostics
  • Kidoz — contextual, child-appropriate advertising
  • SuperAwesome (AwesomeAds) — contextual, child-appropriate advertising
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — app delivery and purchases

Each of these services is configured for use in child-directed apps, and each provider’s handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Advertising

Our Apps show ads served by Kidoz and SuperAwesome (AwesomeAds), advertising networks designed and certified for child-directed apps. These ads are contextual only: they are selected based on the content of the App itself, never based on personal information about, or the behavior of, the person using the App.

  • No behavioral or interest-based advertising, retargeting, or cross-app tracking.
  • No advertising identifiers are collected or shared for ad targeting.
  • Ads are reviewed for age-appropriateness by the ad network before being shown.
  • We do not permit our ad partner to collect personal information from users of our Apps.

Children’s privacy

Our Apps are designed for children ages 4 and up, and we build them to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, the GDPR in the EU/UK, and the family policies of Apple’s App Store and Google Play.

  • We do not collect personal information from children. Our Apps do not ask for names, email addresses, photos, contacts, precise location, or any other personal details, and they work without an account.
  • Advertising in our Apps is contextual only, served by a child-certified ad network as described above — never targeted at an individual child.
  • The limited technical data described in “Information we collect” (such as crash logs and aggregated usage counts) is used solely to support the internal operations of our Apps — fixing bugs and keeping them working — as permitted by COPPA, and is never used to contact or profile a child.
  • Our Apps do not include social features, chat, or links out to the open internet, and any parent-directed sections (such as purchases or settings) sit behind a parental gate.

For parents: if you have any questions, or believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, contact us at the address below. You have the right to review any such information, ask us to delete it, and refuse to permit further collection — since we do not collect personal information in the ordinary course, we expect any such request to end with prompt deletion and confirmation.

How long we keep data

Analytics data is retained by our providers for a limited period (up to 14 months), and crash reports for about 90 days, after which they are deleted or aggregated. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your issue.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We do not sell your personal information.

Security

Data sent by our Apps is transmitted over encrypted connections, and we limit access to the small number of people who need it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted in the Apps or on this site.
